Need some help from all yous guys. Another Davidson plane *I could use for the WWI GB.
I am looking for one of two F.2b's Lt. Charles Robert Davidson, M.C., RFC Unit 111. Ser No. A7192 and A7202. The first was his fighter scoring victories 2, 3, 4, 5. The later was the plane with which he scored his 6th. He was awarded the Military Cross for "Conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty.
I have a photo of A7194 I have found on the net, I am not entirely sure the scheme would have been the same. Although I have found on another forum this could have been the case that they were alike. If all else fails, I will use this scheme, but would like a real photo to confirm.
Post, and PM me if someone happens to find something. I understand there is a Bristol F.2b book somewhere out there.
In advance, thanks for lookin for me.
