I have been looking into light and medium bombers from the 1930's. Can anyone direct me to information about the Fokker TV? I have not been able to locate much on the internet. Thanks

Also, a handy bit of advice: when searching dor Fokker types, try variations of Fokker's designations.
In this case, also try Fokker T.5 or T-5, as it translates differently, sometimes.
Here's a Dutch site that has good info and note how they use both T.V and T.5

Thanks. Like to find more in English. Wooden wings, half the body metal and half fabric covered. From what I found under the wings was dark green or brown and not a light color. It looks like an under developed B24. Amazing crews to fly against the invaders in an obsolete, under gunned heavy fighters.

Fokker's original concept was fairly impressive, but the T.V was doomed by the politics and ended up being "built by committee".

I have been thinking about getting that book. How is it? My big question is why did the camo wrap around the wigs and covered the bottom side?

I believe an all metal version was supposed to be produced in the end, it was Fokker's argument against the government buying the Martin 146.
i like the line " As the T.V lacked self-sealing fuel tanks, they gained a reputation for rapidly catching fire when hit by enemy fire." according to the info before the first combat was on 10th may and the last plane shot down on 13th may... 13 planes in 4 days to "gain a reputation"...

Unfortunately, the lack of self-sealing fuel tanks was a short-coming in many types at the start of the war.
