So i recently found out that before making the He 100 Heinkel tried out a 1175hp DB 603Aa engine in the He 112 airframe in the form of the "He 112 V10". I would like more information on this plane, as right now all i seem to be able to find is general comments like "Could fly 350mph (but at what altitude?) and had a improved climb rate (how improved?)"

I'm aware much of Heinkels data on the He 100 got lost in a fire, but i was wondering if possibly this plane atleast had some technical info laying around somewhere, especially as this plane seems like the stepping stone between the He 112 and the He 100.

Thanks!

All I could find is one photo of the aircraft and the caption stated "...equipped with a DB 601A, maximum speed 354mph/570kp/h. It was designated as a carrier based aircraft that never became reality"

The Heinkel He 112 V10 (D-IQMA) was also one of the prototypes for the B variant of the He 112, and it was intended to use the Junkers Jumo 211, but instead received the Daimler Benz DB 601 as pointed out in this thread (see Heinkel He 112 - Wikipedia). I have a photo of the He 112 V10 for convenience from the World War Photos website:
