Hello.

I am looking for images of P-51 s/n 44-72107, which served in the USAAF's 20th Fighter Group, 77th Fighter Squadron in April 1945. It may well have been named "Jeanne" or "BJ-Belle of the West". Any and all leads would be much appreciated.

44-72107 (MSN 122-31966) to Swedish AF as 26071. To Dominican AF as 1929. W/o in 1967. Someone has retrieved it and registered as N551WR to Air Assets International Mar 5, 2009. Current with Brent A. Meester.

Thank you so much for the quick response! The information on its post-war career is 100% correct. As far as the picture, close. Very close. This isn't the aircraft. The assigned pilot was Lt. James Seymour and the squadron code was LC-N.
