Not been in for quite a while but i have 2 new builds on the go and looking for reference photos. One is Spitfire mk vb ER228 and the other is Kittyhawk mk iii long tail FR474. Searched but to no avail so if anyone has any info it would be greatfully received!

Plus some builds I have recently completed

    First off, here's it's history...

Odd that it doesn't mention the squadron. Do you know which squadron as that would make it easier to search through 40+ books.

Yep Geo, That's the kite. THe Kittyhawk Mk.III FR474 was of the 112th Squadron coded GA-J with the addition to the J letter making the name "Jinx".

Most of the photos on my computer were amassed before I learned the value of bookmarking or making notes. The photo I posted just said "Capture", big help if I ever want to locate it again as I have thousands of "Captures". I'll start looking through my books today.
