I have just received Luftwaffe Gallery #1 by Erik Mombeck and would recommend it as a source for marking/camouflage options, to browse or just as an interesting read.

I did not know that many Luftwaffe aircrew wore 'button badges' showing their squadron emblem and, with Thierry Dekker's coloured profiles, it has black white photographs to 'back up' the profiles.

I am looking forward to volume 2 and have written to Erik to say that this format would be great for 'type specific' volumes e.g. Focke-Wulf Fw190 family.

    Best wishes weinace:p

Sorry for not responding sooner - have been away.

Luftwaffe Gallery #1 is a book, which can be bought from Erik's site at Luftwaffe Fighter Pilots

    Regards,

Got it already....another fantastic edition, one profile has a small error though... Gallands Ex 109 5819 unless there is another photo I have not seen....? 82 victories not 84 AND the victories....some are Red, not all Black.
