Kit: RS Resin Zlin Z-212
Scale: 1:72
Subject: Zlin Z-212, W.Nr. 219 GH + AN, Luftwaffe 1941.

Co-build with the Z-XII.

Likewise information non-existent, but according to kit instructions this aircraft was operated by the Luftwaffe as a Liaison aircraft.

(Though the aircraft has a Werknummer, it was not produced under German direction. The last examples of the 212 were exported to Egypt shortly before the occupation of Czechoslovakia)

G'day guys!

Cheers for the interest! Comments and photos as per the Z-XII thread, the builds being identical at this stage:

Slow progress so far, but main injected parts off the sprues and being carefully cleaned up.

First pic for Wayne to show size.

The cockpit floor with pedals is for Ivett's bird (SE-AGS), and is stock kit configuration. By all accounts the rudder pedals are invisible when the fueslage halves are joined unfortunately.

Scouring the net has revealed almost no reliable cockpit information, so my best references are the somewhat simplified kit instruction drawing and various partial shots.
The build subjects will be detailed as accurately as possible under the circumstances.

Just measured her up, and she'll be 105.5 mm with rudder, prop and resin cowl installed. Not big, but I have smaller in the stash!
