I am sure it was very hush hush at the time. Plus, it must have been unhealthy to snap pics of captured equipment. However, I'd like to find a couple photos of war booty being shipped back to Russia. The Me-163 in particular.
Did they pack things onto trucks, then get them to a railway? The railroads in East Germany back to Russia must have been a mess. I wonder if any made the journey by ship.
So, even if I can't find a photo of the Me-163 in Soviet transport I'm interested in discussing how the Soviets shipped these planes back to the USSR for testing.
I think we have all seen this one. I'd enjoy seeing other images of the Komet in transit.
