Airfix 1/72 Roland C.II from the 50-year old tooling. Once I'd scratchbuilt all the interior and engine it seemed a shame to close it up so I cutaway one side of the fuselage. There's no aftermarket used at all, unless you count (my own) custom decals.

I remember when that kit was first released, and how 'advanced' it seemed for the time. Must have been around 1963 when I built it - heck, I'm getting un-young !!
 
Just found this thread, outstanding work!
I have always felt that rigging "makes" the model. The tip about the stretched vinyl sprue is something I will use on my next rigging build, Thanks!
 
as I would like to see a montage of your models because the latter really are expectaculares this magnificent
