    Hello,
    thanks every body,

I try to explain the principle, but my english is very poor
I beg your pardon for this....

The little propeller is mounting free on the axis of the propeller ans drive a gears.

When the aircraft start warm engine, the propeller turn faster than little propeller, so the gears turn behind and blade propeller move to low pitch.

When the aircraft reach a high speed, the little propeller windmilling and turn faster than propeller.
The gears turn forward, the blade move to high pitch

To return to low pitch, the pilot reduces power and begin a climb. When the speed is low, he increases gases, the propeller turns again faster than the little propeller, and the gear turn behind and blades move to low pitch
