My Grandmother died

She had been suffering with dementia symptoms for some time and over the past few months or so, maybe a year, she was basically immobilized and could barely speak at times. She died at home, which I suppose is better than most people, though it's still awful.

She started breathing abnormally (they call it a death rattle) at night on 6/1, and died in the afternoon of 6/2.

She was 94 years old.
 
With all of the above my most sincere condolences. My maternal grandmother was like a mother to me as mom worked. She fell down some stairs and broke a hip and never recovered. I still miss her though it's been +30 years
