We travelled back from RAF Valley on Thursday evening, crossing the old Menai Bridge, along the North Wales coast, and stopped off in the old port of Conway, dominated by its castle.

Thanks Mike, Jim and Andy. And yes, that gull had a bit of an attitude - didn't seem to like it when I called out 'Stormy Petrel on a stick' !! Was a big b*gg*r too !
 
Nice pictures Terry and that sunset……………WOW. Also hard to believe the old castle was one covered in white limestone wash and each turret had a wooden slightly flattened cone shaped roof.
