I visited last year. They towed her out right after I arrived. We walked to Bunker Hill (Breed's Hill actually) to see the memorial. In the afternoon we got to go aboard the Constitution.

Went to see her many years ago and have built 2 models complete with rigging both standing and running. It never ceases to amaze me how anyone could remember where all those ropes go and what they all do. Then to have to re-rig her as ropes fray or just to sail her in all kinds of weather and seas. As kids we chipped in and bought my pops Chapelle's HISTORY of the AMERICAN SAILING NAVY. I have used the book so much and some 45 years have passed, poor ol book is starting to lose its binding. I can name most of the goodies....info like this clogs my brain
