Here you go, I was able to upload as a straight pdf. The file was in rar format which means you need an unzip program like winzip.

Here is the same pdf after I ran OCR on it. This makes is searchable as well as straighter. I is now only 83MB. I trimmed the top and bottom of each page. Hopefully, you will find this useful.
