P-47's landing gear color.

Hi, what color was landing gear in P-47's?

Green -

Silver -

and maybe a few other colors. Republic P-47 Thunderbolt

If you mean the landing gear legs ( oleos ), some of them could have them of the Green/Olive Drab ( especially for the early P-47s ) while the other ones of the metalic ( silver ) or grey tone. Sometimes it seems to be of the mix colours eg... the silver/olive drab. Personally I wouldn't exclude the Neutral Grey as well. So ... a picture of a particular P-47 would be always helpful.
