Its good to know the pilot's OK. It is a sad day when the life of a vintage vehicle of any kind comes to an end. This one looks like its just going to take some time at the hospital and a few bucks.

Sadly, it's not the sort of result one often sees associated with the headline "rare plane crashes". Hats off to the pilot who did a simply wonderful job bringing her in. So glad nobody was hurt. The fact that the aircraft can be repaired is an added bonus.

That's a brilliant piece of flying. Perfect control all the way, and didn't even bend the propellor in the end.
