    Just a quick note:

    I found 2 pics: p51A and at the very end run P-51H.

    Amazing to see the development. It is even hard to see it is is the same base model.

    Nice pics! The software got them switched around (H on top, A on bottom), but thanks for posting!

    IMHO, you can look at many WW2 planes from ealry to late variants and find similar differences. Check out the 109 C to K or the Spit Mk I to XVI or later.
