PM's, and 'Who's on-line' ?

Might take a bit of getting used to, but the new format looks clean.
However, where do I find the Private Message and wWho's on-line facilities ?

Terry, click the little corcle thingy top right, looks a little bit like an eye, then select conversations , that looks like new name for pm's

Ah, got it, thanks. Found the who's on-line, but it's a bit awkward, I think - no immediate list or who's viewing what.
