In any of you have a problem after downloading and installing "Security Update Microsoft.net Framework 2.0 SP2 on Windows Vista SP2", (KB2604094) here's the fix.
First, the problem. After downloading this update my computer would re-boot and tell me "Installing update 3 of 3, 0 percent complete", and it would reboot. Then repeat the cycle and re-boot, and re-boot and re-boot, ad nauseum.
The fix: Do a Google search for KB260494. This will take you to a M/S page where this problem is addressed. M/S recommends you download the update from this site and manually install it.
