Question about aviation jacket

Did German aviation jackets have tags with both German and English words on them? Trying to see if this is legit

German pilots were not issued with leather jackets i believe. The had to buy it themself. So anything is possible. Even usaaf jackets.

If you google spieth lederbekleidung you will find this jacket being sold as a 1950 motor jacket.
