I'm a bit confused. Late model Stukas are listed as having a two barreled, single machinegun. How the heck does that work? Is it like a gatling? If you can get picture and explanation it would be really great.

as Gnomey's pics point out you can see the limited lateral traverse the D and G models had for the pop shooters, and yet at least 1-2 P-61's of the 9th Af fell to Nachtgruppe Dora zwillings in 1945
 
note the stupidity of the set up on the VO experimental, with the formed support member running vertically right in the face of the gunner........another strategic failure. The kleine zwilling mg 81 was quite an effective mg
