I wonder has anybody used one of these machines?

How long did it take, to make a difference?

What difference, did it make?

Or, do you regret getting - little or no difference!?
 
Yes thanks, seen that. It basically says that it does make a difference - but 1) the various samples are not big enough, and 2) some of the samples could be open to maker's bias.
 
Bobby, basically it is a device to slow the respiratory rate, much as id you were going to sleep. As your body relaxes so do the arterioles reducing blood pressue. It is a standard Yoga technique for relaxation. A biofeedback device gives auditory timing cues to help you regulate the inhale exhale cycle gradually slowing/extending the timing
