for the English it is on page 186. the date is quite incorrect as it is the 23rd not the 17th. the 8th AF flew no missions towards Hannover this date, only incursion was from the 15th AF way to the south that JG 300 encountered. the 17th it is but there are no losses by B-24 2nd AD. the P-47 could be from the US 56th grp or even from the 9th AF. looking to confirm just whom went down. Very sad and frustrating with the loss of some many JG 301 records, book keeping was very lame but understood to such chaotic times and losses of so much men and materials
