Hi all. I am new to the forum and imagine this sort of question is asked a lot. I have recently purchased this wooden propeller blade at auction. I was advertised as reputedly from a British bomber. From the research I have done I am confident in saying it is a Rotol propeller, however I am struggling to tie it down to an aircraft.

Would anyone on here be able to provide some assistance on this? There are no markings that I can see, including on the base. It stands 71 inches tall. Any help greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

James

The 71 inches indicates the Rotol prop of 12' or 12'6" or 12'9" to 13' diameter. The shape of the blade reminds me the prop blades used for the HP Halifax props.
