So far this is the best I can do. Picture of a seat from a shinden in the book Japanese aircraft interiors 1940-1945 by Robert C Mikesh.

here are some Shinden images, scroll down left side to Paul E Garber Facility at the Smithsonian, unfortunately no seat belts can be seen...

CONTENTS (English)

It is clear from Paul's image of the seat that there is provision on the side of the seat for Lap belts. What is not clear is whether there are attachment points on the rear of the seat or cockpit for shoulder straps as well?

maybe it was split into shoulder straps in the real plane thats just a model you know.
