can someone answser me this is there such a thing as spitfire maintenance log book or sheet where everything that was done to a plane was logged

All servicing, repair, up-dates etc for RAF aircraft were entered into the log book for the particular aircraft serial number, the Form 700.
It may be that some of these have been retained by either the RAF Museum, Hendon, or the IWM, Lambeth or Duxford, but that's a slim chance, given the sheer bulk of the info concerned.
Perhaps contact either of these two organisations to see if they have records. If they have, you will need the serial number of the aircraft involved and, if possible, any relevant date(s) or time period.
