Nice one! Shame they didn't use a real Range Rover, the old 3.5 V8, rather than that modern monstrosity - would have been more 'iconic'. But great to see and hear the Spit roar out of the dive !

Impressive that the Rover beat that Spit, however still awesome to watch. I think the show Top Gear has done something like this but in a longer course. Pretty cool stuff.
They probably had to do that many times to get a almost photo finish like that.
I think the Spitfire could have flown a tighter pattern, but the whole point was the Rover was supposed to win, but they wanted it close.
It still was a thrill to see that Spitfire diving out of that turn.
