Seen that sort of thing a couple of times here in the UK.
There's a form of off road racing here known as "Comp Safari", using custom-built 4x4 vehicles, very often based on a Land Rover chassis, and competitors go "balls out" over very demanding terrain, sometimes on military training areas such as Salisbury Plain.
Around 25 years or more ago, a friend had a similar incident as shown in the video. The chassis, full roll cage and most of the (minimal) body panels remained intact, as did the wheels/axles etc, although the latter was bent out of shape.
The full harness seat belts did their job for driver (my friend) and navigator, and they survived almost unscathed.
Navigator had a sprained wrist, and the driver received a fairly nasty "nip" on his back, where the carbon fibre rally seat had cracked across its rear section and bit his back !
