Hey, all.
First big weekend for us since the whole pandemic. Massachusetts recently lifted some of the restrictions so we had almost 4000 people for the event.
It was also premiere day for our Panzer 1. The man responsible for this immaculate resto is Dick Moran (pictured). Really shows what almost 50 years of experience can produce.
All the tanks down on the course were running around with rides available. The Stug III is a brand reproduction (not ours). The hangar and car barn where also open. The bricks and doors are from the infamous "Hanoi Hilton". The buildings were taken down a while back and the museum bought the pieces from a collector so that they build a one of kind in world multiple cell block display. Of course Rosie was on display!
Next event is when all the shiny old 20's, 30's cars come out and play.
Our Fw-190F should be on display here in early fall. She's all painted and the engine has been run.

Good stuff.
i like the "Stug" - looks like it's been made by converting a British FV432 APC, and very well done too.
it is indeed a 432. powered by twin cadillacs
