Have you guys seen The Unauthorized History of the Pacific War podcast episode on the 'Raid? I think those guys did a great job. They also discussed the filming that produced those iconic images. Amusing too.

Since I discovered their podcast, I haven't missed many episodes at all. And I went back to watch the ones I DID miss earlier. Like any historians, they have their favorites and villains, but overall, they're pretty good. The ones I tend to miss are the archival episodes, which I find bore me too much. However, the Surigao Straits episodes and the Sibuyan Sea episodes are my favorites over. And I didn't even know I gave a rip about naval battles, but they made them riveting.
"We Have Ways of Making You Talk" is another good podcast, though those guys get maybe a little TOO wound up at times. Still a lot of fun, though.
