Bought "The Shepherd" when I was about 11 on holiday in Jersey. Still have my copy...in fact I re-read it just a few weeks ago. It remains a fantastic, but short, read...and yes, it still sends shivers up my spine!

Remember reading it around 30 years ago - certainly had an impression at the time. A good story, well presented.
