When I first looked at the website I thought the 600K was in rubles? Nope US$$! That, and another $2M should do? Might try starting a 'go-fund-me' and claim family tragedies and hardships due to these 'butchers' role during WWII. Your goal is to refurbish to remind the world of the horrors they created. Never know?
