I know that this post does not relate to WWII but does relate to USA military aircraft and modeling. I am currently building a F/A-18A model in which I want to apply decals for VMFA-314 when they were on the USS Abraham Lincoln cruise in 1993 attached to CVW-11.
Does anyone know where I can find a list of the pilots and their assigned aircraft for that event. I have the aircraft bureau numbers and squadron assigned aircraft numbers for all the aircraft but do not know which pilot was assigned to which aircraft. I do have our CO LCOL Raths who was assigned to aircraft 201 "163152" but none of the other pilots.
I would greatly appreciate if someone could assist me with this,
