I like those! Must have been a hard job to decide which of the two got the Gold. Like Karl, I might just do my razorback in that scheme - got the decals left over from the Academy bubble top - good bit of inspiration there!

am thinking of doing one of my razorbacks in that scheme as i also have Academy's bubble top P-47 with eileen markings, think it might be nice to see them side by side !

Neglected this thread a bit too long. Continuing with the Moderate Detail 1/32's, I did not catch what came in third spot but this Tamiya Spit IX sure turned out nice. A familiar scheme to me!
