What is the difference in these two Revell B17 kits?

Hey Guys,

What are the differences in the Revell 4297 and the 4701 1:48 B17 kits? Im looking at picking a couple up and am having trouble finding them but now see they offer 2?

According to this site Scalemates, scale modeling database | stash manager 4297 has a new box and decals and 4701 just has a new box. Instuctions for 4297 "Memphis Belle" here
