I'd like to know the name of the entrepreneurial spirit, who, in 1941, during our darkest hours, said: "Winston's half-smoked King Eddy? - that's GOT to be worth a few bob in 70 years time..."

Heh...assuming WC slobered all over it, as most cigar smokers inevitably do (I know, I used to be one), maybe there is some DNA that can be found and WC can be cloned in a test-tube. For that reason alone, perhaps Parliament can purchase it to be placed in a vault for that moment.
