More specifically, your blade looks to possibly be a a Junkers blade, 9-27012 C-1 with a 3.5m dia that was used on the Fw 190 D-13. That is the type pictured above in #2 by Wurger.
You can see that this has a propshaft cannon and the hub to allow this was the Junkers VS 9 type.
There were quite a few similar late war wooden blades, but your picture has very accurate features of the 9-27012 C-1, from the photo. It is possible that there are more numbers on the assembly and the base of the blade.
The more common Fw 190 D-9 blades were the different 9-27011 versions that were used with the Junkers VS 111 Hub that had no provision for the propshaft cannon.
