Hello Gentlemen , I pulled this out of the sea on Worthing beach and curious to find out what it's from and where on the plane ,next year found a luftwaffe oxygen bottle from Do17 around same beach .
Plenty if records about a Lancaster crashing on this beach but nothing else ??

I do not recognise it but if you look at this thread you will find some Lancaster documents. I do not recognise the part but I only worked on one Lancaster, a Mk X, which is essentially a Canadian built Mk III.
