My entry served on the U.S.S. Cabot (CVL-28) with VF-29. I trolled the web and books and all I could find was a pic showing "15" with my "14" in the background

Like others, waiting to see your magic applied. We're not going to have another what is the correct 'blue color' debate?
 
OK, we begin, at Step 5. Step 1 has you remove chunks of the consoles to add PE so while doing that I worked on the engine. Not a fan of PE but it came with the kit so what the hey. Still need to tie down the wiring (PE) and tidy up the the two placards (also PE). I still have half a bottle of my favourite crank case blue grey paint by Polly S. Bottle has to be 35+ years old. I'll get a start on the innards shortly
