Yes. All the details say that's the He 72. The strut between the fin and the horizontal stabilizer, the rounded top of the fuselage behind the cockpit, the curved top edge of the both cockpit doors, the fuselage "nose" behind the engine with one vertical long vent slot and two round openings. And finally, the main landing gear and its oleos, the tail skid leg running down almost vertically.

Actually not the Fw 44 but the Heinkel He 72B Kadett. And not the Flugzeugführerschule A/B 13 or Flugzeugführerschule A/B 113. The emblem indicates the Flugzeugführerschule A/B 24.
