Finally! And we need to do something about Bigfoot and the Loch Hess Monster, too!
From Avweb:
On Monday, the Tennessee Senate passed a bill prohibiting "the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight …" In other words, the bill would make it against the law to dispense "chemtrails" over Tennessee.

SB 2691/HB 2063, sponsored by Rep. Monty Fritts, R-Kingston, and Sen. Steve Southerland, R-Morristown, has yet to move on for consideration by the House. Whether it will pass to become law is unclear. The House was set to review the legislation yesterday. No word yet on any conclusions.

According to language in the Senate bill, there is "documentation" that "the federal government or other entities acting on the federal government's behalf or at the federal government's request may conduct geoengineering experiments by intentionally dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere, and those activities may occur within the State of Tennessee."

Well, with US Airspace shut down then none of the airplanes coming in from other countries had any reason to fly. I recall hearing that on any typical good weather afternoon half of all the air traffic in the world is over Los Angeles, and if you do any flying out there it is easy to believe.

Aircraft inbound from foreign countries were told to turn around en-route. Initially they were just told that the US was under attack but with no details. The actor Cliff Robertson was flying his private plane from the East to the West Coast and ATC told him to land; I think it was in Penn. I don't know if any other countries shut down their air travel.

I recall during that period we would hear fighters coming over and the making fast turns and going the other way. Of course Cape Canaveral was being patrolled by jet fighters and in addition they took some of the OV-10's used by the DoS Air Wing and used them to look for possible infiltrators around the Cape. A local Sheriff's Dept OH-58 nearly got blown out of the air when they scrambled to look for a bunch of guys who jumped off a ship in Port Canaveral. The Air Force Security people said the chopper was making "Hostile Turns" and pointed guns at it. Nobody knows what a Hostile Turn is, but rather than say "Look! The Sheriff's Dept is after someone! Let's go check and see if it involves us!", they just pointed the automatic weapons at it
