"Kookaburra" also called "Laughing Kookaburra" and of the Kingfisher family. It's call can often be heard on old jungle like movies.

I knew I got it wrong right after I posted. Never was really any good at that audubon identification. Especially non North American birds. I can ID a B-52 or a KC-135 but a Kickapoo well I just don't know.
