Airfix 1/48 P-51-D "Stinky" (1 Viewer)

So I have been Lumbering along, fighting tooth and nail.
This kit, this Kit!!!!!!!!! I have a Tamiya on the way..........
to replace the Other Airfix I have for the GB64 plane!!!
The fits are more than can take to do another.
Too many to mention. But here it is................... so far!
The wings are not attached.... I will fit and paint first.

You give me hope for the future, I thought it was just me being useless, I had more issues with the Airfix Spitfire Mk V which would be on the shelf of doom if I had one, it is on the shelf of never to be touched again, looking like a Spitfire, as long as you dont get too close.

Okay, I am nearly 81!!! Meanwhile................ I've started the big paint job.
I'm using SMS Aluminum over black for the wings sanded and painted areas'
SMS Super Silver for the other BM areas. Wing is not attached yet.
Canopy needs bits added inside. That pesky little silver spot on nose AHHHHHHH.
So it's better to have Stinky posted Here!
