Shown here is the 356 mm (14 in) Mk III BL Railway Gun 'HMG Boche-Buster' of the 471st Siege Battery, RGA (Royal Garrison Artillery) being prepared for firing in front of His Majesty King George V somewhere in France in 1918. This was the occasion for the famous 'King's Shot' when the King gave the command to fire.
