Shown here is B-17F-BO Flying Fortress, (41-24585), 'Wulf Hound' in Luftwaffe markings undergoing flight testing at Rechlin after repairs to damage that had been sustained during a mission on the 12th December, 1942 which resulted in the aircraft making a forced landing at Leeuwarden airfield in Holland.
