Shown here is a Beaufighter Mk.VIF in the Middle East. Enough Beaufighters were supplied to the USAAF to equip the 414th, 415th, 416th and 417th NF Squadrons of the twelfth USAAF in the Middle East in June-August, 1943. They were retained until the war ended.
