PB158 was a Mk.111 and was delivered to 625 Sqdn 15Jun44. Wore the IDs CF-G/G2. Took part in the following Key Operations: As CF-G, Kiel 23/24Jul44; Brunswick 12/13Aug44; Raimbert 31Aug44-Daylight; Essen 23/24Oct44; Duren 16Nov44-Daylight; As CF-G2, Cologne 2Mar45- Daylight-Lost. No record of total hours. Airborne 0730 from Kelstern. Exploded in the air. It is likely that the bodies of those killed were recovered by American Forces which entered the city a few days later. Taken in the first place to Henri-Chapelle, their graves are now located at Hotton War cemetery. The two survivors are described as 'safe'.
