Shown here is a LB-30A Liberator transport with a large Stars and Stripes flag painted onto the forward fuselage. These LB-30A aircraft were taken from British contracts. This particular aircraft carried Mr W A Harriman on a supply mission to Singapore shortly before the Japanese attack on pearl Harbor.
