Shown here is a Halifax B.Mk.VI of No.426 Sqd RCAF on its dispersal point at Linton-on-Ouse during the spring of 1945. In the right hand foreground can be seen a hut typical of many used by groundcrews who carried out all the maintenance on their charges except for major overhauls.
