Shown here is the Type IXB oceangoing boat U65 under camouflage netting at Brest, August 1940. She is being inspected by Generalleutnant Krazert in the company of Kaptlt von Stockhausen. She was later depth-charged and sunk by the 'Flower' class corvette HMS Gladiolus south of Iceland 28th April, 1941. Taken from Second U-Boat Flotilla.
